About Judge Clinton
Judge John Clinton was elected as presiding
judge of Harris County Criminal Court No. 4 in November, 2010 and took
the bench on January 1, 2011. He presides over one of fifteen county criminal
courts at law with countywide jurisdiction over serious misdemeanor cases
such as driving while intoxicated, domestic violence, illegal possession of drugs,
criminal pollution, and theft.
