About Judge Brown
Judge Robin Brown was elected as presiding judge
of Harris County Criminal Court No. 12 in November, 1994 and took the
bench on January 1, 1995. She presides over one of fifteen county criminal
courts at law with countywide jurisdiction over serious misdemeanor cases
such as driving while intoxicated, domestic violence, illegal possession
of drugs, criminal pollution, and theft.
